What PSU should i use?

Just wondering if i could get some suggestions on a PSU for my build:

- Core i7 920
- EVGA x58 Micro
- 12GB DDR3 1333MHz
- EVGA GTX 275
- V10 CPU Cooler
- 5-6 Extra internal LED fans

There are other good choices, but one quick and easy answer is an Antec Truepower New 550W PSU.
If you think you may want to add another video card, get the Truepower New 750W model. Truepower PSUs are 80+ Bronze certified and consistently receive excellent competent technical reviews.
If they are not available, or you do not like Antec, then find models of similar wattage from Corsair, Seasonic, PC Power & Cooling, Enermax, or the latest OCZ that are 80+ certified.

No. Even if you assume that power supply can output the power it claims, it's a bit much for you system. PSU have a sweet spot they like to operate. You want a power supply in the 550w to 750w max (for sli)

Much better deal, imo.

Avoid the Chokemax; it received a "4" at jonnyguru, for among other things having dangerous ripple at high loads and being overrated by 350W: http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story4&reid=106

The Antec Truepower New is also a semi-modular PSU. It reviews better than the Corsair (and is more efficient), but if the Corsair is cheaper, by all means it is a decent choice too.
