What registry changes allow screensaver customization

Hello,
i have a computer that used to belong to a corporation. Because of that i am not able to currently change my screensaver to allow things such as personal photos to display when my screensaver comes on. Originally, the screensaver tab was not visible, so i changed in the registry to allow the tab to be visible. How do i allow customization of the screensaver?

I highly recommend a clean install of windows since you have that computer 2nd hand.
