Question What should I buy with $1200-$1350$ budget ?

Hello, I have a question about what laptop should I buy, I've seen a lot of reviews talking about Lenovo's Legion 5, I would like to buy something for the "long term", that would be at least 2-3 years. I want to use it for illustrating and 3D art but for gaming as well. Should I stick on a -Laptop Lenovo Gaming 16'' Legion 5 Pro 16ACH6H, WQXGA IPS 165Hz G-Sync, Procesor AMD Ryzen™ 7 5800H (16M Cache, up to 4.4 GHz), 16GB DDR4, 512GB SSD, GeForce RTX 3060 6GB and wait for a 20% discount or a -Laptop Lenovo Gaming 16'' Legion 5 Pro 16ACH6H, WQXGA IPS 165Hz G-Sync, Procesor AMD Ryzen™ 5 5600H (16M Cache, up to 4.2 GHz), 8GB DDR4, 512GB SSD, GeForce RTX 3050 Ti 4GB- . I would like to mention that I want to buy it in 5,6 months. If you have other suggestions, I would be glad to hear them. P.S I'd like a Ryzen processor. Have a great day!
