PC tripped breaker after plugging in camera and turning PC on. Heard audible pop
Wouldn't turn on after that. Ordered new power supply still nothing.
Sent motherboard in for repairs and received new motherboard. Assembled pc and when I hit the power switch NOTHING turns on. I have lights on my GPU but not motherboard.....
I tried shorting the power switch jumpers on motherboard and nothing. Since I though maybe faulty power switch cable.
I'm at a loss here and don't know what to do next. Pull everything and try booting outside of case? Should I RMA the power supply?
Any advice?
I can pay a local computer place 80$ to find out the problem and then repair it. Does this seem expensive?

Are you trying this on the same plug you had an issue with? Did you test the plug to make sure it is good?'
Did you go over the system to make sure you hooked things up properly? A lot of times after people disconnect things we get posts "I took it apart now it's not working". Go over the connections, power, CPU is seated properly, etc..

I went over connections everything seems fine.

I am still using the same plug but with power indicators on the GPU lit up I'd assume that wasn't the issue.

After trying to jump the motherboard and nothing happening I'm really wondering if the company actually repaired my board or just sent mine back

Edit: took Mobo out nothing happens when just CPU plugged in and try to jump it. So I grabbed a very old motherboard that was stored poorly plugged it in and I get a green Mobo light! So that rules out my power supply. Also just for fun attached my video card and jumped it and fans started spinning. I can't put the CPU in this mobo because it's the wrong socket
