For the Logitech webcam if I had lost the disk to set up the camera is there another way I could set it up?

Try the Logitech support/download website. Choose your webcam model download page. Download the driver needed for the operating system you are using to you Desktop. Install the driver and burn a CD and keep a hard copy of the driver for your hardware.
