what should i do

well im planning on getting the new E6850 when it comes out in july with a 680i evga motherboard because from what i see it supports it. i was wondering should i get the motherboard next week then put my pentium D 820 on it and over clock it or just get them together. my Pentium D 820 is at 2.8ghz rite now id like to get it faster but this biostar motherboard wont let me. i have like 285 bucks now on im kinda short on cash since im only 15 and dont have a job besides mowing grandmas lawn every 5 days about and get 20 bucks. so should i get the board now then the processor later on?

No. I'd wait until later. Prices may come down on some boards when Intel cuts prices on July 22nd.

Usually the end of July or beginning of August is the best time to buy computer gear. No one thinks about computer gear in the middle of the summer!
