Question What should I upgrade a 3500X to?

I have a ryzen 5 3500x, a radeon rx 570 and a b450. I want to change cpu and gpu and I am open to change the mother.
Any recommendations?

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

What sort of a budget do you have for your CPU upgrade? Where are you located? Preferred site for purchase, if you're not located in the USA?

Why do you want to upgrade the CPU? If you keep the RX570, upgrading the CPU doesn't make much of a difference.
