[SOLVED] What should I upgrade to?

Hey everyone,
So I currently have a gtx 1060 3 gb and its starting to become a bottleneck for many games I want to play at 144fps since I recently acquired a new 144hz monitor. I don't know what gpu to upgrade to but I have 400-500 dollars I am willing to spend.
Mobo: TUF B360M-PLUS GAMING S
Cpu: Intel I5-8400
Ram: 16gb 2666
Psu: 500 watt not 80 plus but it has been very reliable for the past year
Gpu: Asus single fan gtx 1060 3gb

Any suggestions would be very appreciated! Thanks in advance.

This one is not reliable and can cause damages to your hardware and it doesn´t provide 8pin PCIe power plugs for GPUs.
Replace it with a quality PSU -> around $80

It’s a wise choice. A high quality psu is essential for protecting your system. A psu that fails can damage other components including your gpu or if it provides dirty power can reduce component life.

Thank you for your suggestion but I don’t think I want to go team red for now I’ve heard stories of overheating and other nightmares

The RX 580 is a solid card. The overheating is more for the blower style, newer RX cards, and Asus's failures with their 5700 series cards.
