essentially wwith watchdogs you need basically a whole new system build

Suggestion for a whole new build is for minimum requirments would be

if you can get it on sale Ryzen 5 3600 (or the new 5600x is better if you can get ), on a B550 motherboard , a 500gb(minimum) Nvme ssd that can take advantage of the gen 4 Pcie lanes of the m.2 slot, 16gb ddr4 3200 (minumum) and as the watchdogs suggest if you can get your hands on a cheap one a RTX 2060 (since i have no idea when the 3060 is coming out) (I wouldnt run Ray tracing on the game though)

A good recommendation and the above has clearly done the research. However as the OP suggested he has already got 16GB RAM and clearly their motherboard can handle a 6th gen processor. Why not just upgrade the CPU to an i7 6700k and overclock it?

Similarly, the GTX 1070ti is pretty much on par with the RTX2060. Sure its older and wont be supported for as long but i have one in my current rig and it is yet to fail me. Although i do run mine with a i7 8700k. I'd definitely look in to getting a 1070ti if you want it to play the next gen games but would look in to what the above has suggested if you want it to last the next 5 years say!

:)

EDIT: Side note, i didnt expect Watchdogs Specs to be so damn high!? Especially when i think Cyberpunk looks better! I feel one of those suspected specs are way off and tbh my money is on Cyberpunk being off.

I don't think I have seen a 1070 with 3gb of memory, are you sure that is what you have?

I'd wait for the games to be out, if there are issues with running them on your system then look at upgrades. Running at Medium settings you should be OK with no upgrades. Video card is probably the weaker part of the system, you have a K model CPU so can overclock it a bit.
