Question What stick of ram to buy for dual channel

I have a 2013 msi gc16 laptop with a 4700mq and a gtx 765m. I am yearning for some more performance out of this thing so i can talk myself out of a new laptop. Already re-pasted to drop 30 degrees celsius on the gpu and 20 degrees on the cpu. She already has an ssd so i figured it was time to upgrade the ram.

I will be looking myself but im really not into spending over $30 on this ordeal given that its ddr3 laptop memory.
