[SOLVED] What to upgrade for the easiest performance boost?

Hi guys
In my signature you can find my build including the RAM timings. Everything is stock except my gpu which is +15 core +250 mem. But ik my gpu isn't a problem. In certain areas in CSGO my fps drops to 150 right from 400. But my gpu utilization is barely ever above 50% I think. Anyway, my question is, what would benefit me more, instantly? A RAM upgrade? Or a CPU upgrade?

The RAM I'm looking at:

OR a 5600X? I'll have to wait like 6 months for that because I don't have money. It costs $380 where I live, official msrp. The RAM is $180

I can probably sell my ram for about $45-50 or cpu for $130

lmao are they honestly saying your best bet is to give your CPU a virtual lobotomy? nice :D makes sense if theres 2 logic cores then restrict it to one half of the brain and it'll make it stutter less as theres less misfiring between the 2 hemispheres, like what you would do to someone with really bad epilepsy. sounds a lit drastic tho.

I honestly dont think faster rams gonna do much you might gain a few frames, but the money spent to get there really wont be worth it, as for the RGB, more is always faster, thats just science :D

So I tried the affinity method, and I didn't do it perfectly because I opened ryzen master to check temps after a benchmark and continued to benchmark with different combos with RM in the bg. BUT I did benchmark with the thread combo that I got highest fps on BEFORE ryzen master, and it was STILL highest among the after ryzen master.

Here's the record
Before opening Ryzen Master in bg:
0 2 4 6 - 462.78
1 3 5 7 - 470
All - 444
0 2 4- 445
4 6 8 10 - 424
2 4 6 8 - 400

After opening ryzen master in bg
2 4 8 10 - 404
1 3 5 7 9 11 - 417
1 3 5 7 9 - 427
3 5 7 9 - 403
1 3 5 7 - 430 (repeat)
5 7 9 11 - 387

So in my case, with a Ryzen 5 3600, stock settings, Ripjaws V 2x8GB 3000Mhz 16-18-18-38,

The highest average fps is with 1 3 5 7 enabled and everything else unchecked in Affinity.

This is not a very big boost, but I believe this will take the 1% low and 0.1% a bit higher, causing less stutters if any
