What to upgrade to run PUBG better?

What should I upgrade in my pc to be able to run PUBG better? I have an issue where the game tends to stutter at the beginning of the game and graphically just isn't the best.
Motherboard: X370 Killer SLI/ac
CPU: Ryzen 5 1400 Quad Core at 3.2GHz
Ram: 1x8GB DDR4 HyperX Fury
GPU: EVGA Geforce GTX 960 SSC
Storage: 1tb Western Digital (idr speed)
OS: Windows 7 64 Bit

If you have money to spend - I would say, maybe add another stick of RAM and upgrade to a GTX1060 6GB ( when prices stabilize and become more affordable). Otherwise, try turning down/twaek some settings, I have a friend who plays PUBG go on a i5 3570 and a GTX460 and plays at decent frame rates although it is not the prettiest to look at.
