What type of motherboard is in or for a Intel i7-720QM its a toshiba a505 s6033

Is there a way to find out the actual name of the board itself, socket G1 helps some but as far the name of the board it would be hard to tell since they use a varity of them I would guess is that the case

That would be difficult except maybe with CPU-Z which you can download and install from here http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html
I have a feeling it is going to say Toshiba on the motherboard tab since laptop boards are specially manufactured for laptop manufacturers and are not in retail.

Ok I will download and see what it says it would make sense, so the mobo is or could be Toshiba then oko I tried to see what Toshiba's site said but didn't really give any info in regards to the makers name or even number.

cpuid is what worked the best I got most of my hardware working now, no sound unless I use a USB headset which is fine since my wife doesn't what to hear what I am listening to anyway, haha. I did a back up right after I got what really mattered running and I copied a copied of the kexts from the back up to get keyboard touchpad working.
