That will be fine. Its ratted at 600w so it will give you a little more time if and when you have a power failure.

Thanks for the immediate reply ...and my concern is about the active power factor correction of the Power Supply and the switching time..... also the output of the UPS is simulated sine wave

Rainmeter reports the same speed for me, and I haven't overclocked. I think it has to do with the balanced power plan.
Try running HWInfo64, play a game, and then check the max CPU speed reported on HWInfo
