How do I identify the version of Motherboard that I have? I currently only
have a 1800mhz which I think is a 2.2 in AMD speak. I would like to put the
fastest processor in this machine that the motherboard will take. I was
under my desk with a flashlight and I could not see a version of the PCB.

Thanks,

Steve Adams

This is a joke, right?
Under your desk with a flashlight, looking for the model and version number?
Ask someone that knows something about computers to check it for you..
In other words, you would be better off staying out of the machine..

Not everyone keeps the computer ON their desk............there are actually
people that keep it UNDER the desk.
Some have a shelf for it ,others have a little stand that it sits on...
Amazing isn't it......people are actually choosing, practising their free
will to place the computer wherever they want.
My God!!! whats this world coming to??

But seriously, you're only a professional if you run it on your desk with
the side off, facing a source of light, surely you would know THAT if you
were a pro?
