What's a better graphics card?

Graphics card:

1) AMD Radeon R9 270X 2GB

2) EVGA GTX 660 2GB

3) XFX Radeon HD 7950 3GB


4) Palit NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 Jetstream 2GB

I'm looking to play at 1080p on the newest games always at a better quality than my console, are all f these good enough to achieve this aim?

They are all more than enough to play games on High at 1080p, which is better than consoles (usually medium quality). The PS4/XB1 use GPU equivalents to the 7790 pretty much.
The best card of the ones there is the GTX 770.

Cheers for that, pretty simple clear up, I don't suppose you could do me a massive favour and clear this question up, this is my biggest issue, I'm totally confused!
