What's a good a gaming resolution to play fallout 4 on?

I can run most most of my games on max at 1920*1080 but my fps is never consistent when I play fallout 4 and some times it lags. What's good windowed resolution?

You need to mention your config details. Reduce your settings to reduce the lag and play smoothly. If still, then try 900p. That would be okay

Processor: AMD FX(tm)-6100 Six-Core Processor (6 CPUs), ~3.3GHz
GPU: Two GTX550Tis (sli)
OS: Windows 7
8GB RAM

I've put everything on normal, I think it has something to do with the game originally not supporting sli. I think it eats my memory as well.

There's something wrong. The game itself not supporting sli I guess! Have you observed bottleneck in any games?
