So I was wondering what's the difference between a GTX 1050 and the 1050 oc physically, are there any difference on the chip or the vram? Or the GTX 1050 oc is just a 1050 that was oc by the GPU company just to make more money?

Aside from different partner PCBs instead of reference, the biggest difference is the OC GPU is a better binned chip.
