I've been fortunate to build my dream car (yes, it's a replica but I don't cry when I get a scratch on it):
I had wanted one since around 1997 and had to wait about 9 years before I could begin building it. I've now logged some 14,000+ miles covering Lake Tahoe to Huntington Beach and all parts in between.

I've yet to dyno engine re-build #2 but it should be well close to 370hp and 400 ft-lbs. of torque.... in a 2500lb. package.
But for the unachievable dream car, I only see a few that I would love to own:
McLaren F1
Porsche Carerra GT
for ultra rare: Ferrari 250GTO
