Question WHEA Logger 19 - Pairty Error all the same APIC ID: 16 ?

Hi guys! I've had some real bad luck with my i9-13900k crapping out after a year and a half (BSODs and 100s of thousands of WHEA Error per minute on Event Viewer) and now 3 months into owning my replacement i9-14900k, i'm getting WHEA again but it all seems to be the same exact thing every time for these 14900k WHEA Errors.

First of all, here is a screenshot of my specs (14900k was installed a month before the final Intel Microcode update)

Troubleshooting steps I've tried are:

• Drivers Updated
• Windows Repair
• BIOS Update
• Checked disk health, memory troubleshoot, GPU troubleshoot everything seems fine
• CPU Health check and passed all Intel tests, tried under volting and defaults but seems to not be fixing it)
• Cinebench with HWinfo open, everything runs pretty normal

This issue seems to be it just does it a few time over time and sometimes closes out games, it only started around late October.

I'm pretty sure it's the CPU but I wanted to see if anyone has any feedback or ideas on what else it could be, I have a 2nd RMA 14900k on the way already from Intel but would love any more thoughts on this issue as i'm not the most well versed in these things and I have no idea how to decode the events.
