Question When i plug Ram in motherboard A1 socket then my pc donot display anything

When i plug Ram in motherboard A1 socket then my pc donot display anything and not even my keyboard numlock light is getting on means that pc is not giving power to my mouse, keyboard and LCD What can i do when i change slot it displays properly is this a problem of ram slot or not can i send my motherboard back because it is in warranty

My Pc Specs Are,
Processor: AMD ryzen 2700x
PowerSupply : corsair vs650
graphics card: GTX 1660
mother board: asus prime x470-pro
ram :16gb
hdd 2tb and sdd 240gb

There are two black and two white slots.
Black slot 1 have the problem but other slots works fine.

What bios are you using? You can try and update bios and see if it corrects the slot problem. If not you can use the other slots. Or you can send it back.
