Question When i turn off my PC all the lights and fans stay on ?

I've tried reinstalling windows, clearing the cmos, a lot of the power and sleep settings and i cant get it to work. let me know if you want specs (its a custom built pc).

ryzen 5 3600x
asrock b550 itx/ac
16gb 3600MHz
gtx 1660 super
corsair cx600 (not 80+ rated)
this all started when i got my new ssd. i did a full file transfer over from my old boot drive to my new (it was doing it before i transferred it over)
i didn't update the bios sense i got the motherboard.

Hi darrk , how long have you owned the pc , the reason i ask is because i am in the england and i have a custom built pc , i got it 6 years ago but after the 3 year extended cover was up i asked if i could extend it. The answer was no but they said anytime you have or think you have a problem please feel free to email us.

So , if you have an invoice number that will prove you are a genuine customer , failing that phone them with your details and ask if they will help you if you send an email anyway.
DONT send an email asking for help with your name and address on it , you never know where you information might end up.
Also dont tell them you fitted something yourself because some builders dont like it when you fit something yourself.

hey mjs warload, all the part a about a year old the i got a new water cooler and 2 new m.2 drives. and the older things are my power supply and my 2 1tb hdd. i think i have it down to 2 things. 1, the psu 2, when i turn off my pc by short pressing the power button or through windows i thinks it going in a deep sleep or a habitation hibernation mode. im going to try a other psu today and see if that fixes it if not ill look more into the sleep mode.
