Question When using my webcam, why does my computer "Lock up?"

I've had this webcam for around 2 years, It has served me well for most of it, til now. Recently whenever I tried using it it started to basically freeze my computer. Everything would run close to normal, but I all of my USB devices were Extremely laggy or unusable.

My Webcam is made by Razer (The Razer Stargazer) so like maybe that had somethin to do with it. But one thing that I think it might be is the weird Realsense Technology Drivers that the webcam has. But i'm looking for confirmation here before I go further with anything.
