where are the reg-files

Hello folks,

possibly someone might know:
I just got a friend of mine who got a new version of winplan. Where
exactly (concerning the directory structure relative to \winplan does he
find the two neccessary reg-files vph35.dll and reg.key? Or will he need
to set-up at least one game using winplan to create those files?

They should both exists in the main directory, plus SCRAM21.OLE. Fizz.bin
is generated from those and exists in the game directory.
