Where did they come from?

Is it just me or is it that the flood just come out of nowhere. In Halo1
they never describe what their purpose was and in all 3 books they never
said how they were created. I know how they were realeased but how did
they get there.
Did the forerunners create them as a weapon to fight other species off
or was it a lab screw up that bite them in the...
Yes i know gravemind is their "collective conscious" just like the
overmind was in starcraft. How does he travel though... Was he put on
Delta Halo? How did the flood get to the "first" Halo? Just some questions
that i hope people will answer.
If you can e-mail me do so but only on tuesdays at 5pm cause that the only
time that i kno for sure that i can use a computer.

Did you really say that we can only email you at tuesdays at 5pm?!

I meant i can only check my email at that time so email it to me
anticipating that i can only respond afterwards if you contact me on
e-mail.

Well that makes considerably more sense than " If you can e-mail me do so
but only on tuesdays at 5pm cause that the only
time that i kno for sure that i can use a computer."

I think he's hiarious. In another post he said he "I only have seconds
to use a computer in my base...".

Is that red or blue? Or maybe he's an aspiring supervillan? :)

people like you spend time just asses... Deano thats the last time I stick

where I defend you and Halo 2) And yes "Somebody" we do have a pet. He is
a bulldog named Chief.

In a sentence i wrote:

The phrase "just asses" is a military term. If you respond because of it I
will not waiste my time on you.

I think all of us type without thinking at times :) I have 2 nephews
in Iraq right now, and twice a week (their being mortared permitting)
they can cue up for 20 mins on the net. Period. Of course, all of the
family just steps back and let their wives and kids have em all they
can. It's great that the military allows that much :)
