Question Where do I plug a 15 pin sata power cable?

I recently got the corsair 465x case, and off of the lighting node, there is a 15 pin SATA power cable. I think that the fans are not lighting up because I don't have this plugged in. If anyone knows where to plug this in, It would be appreciated.

You use a sata power connector from the PSU.
