Where to buy IO shield?

I recently brought the AsRock z170 extreme 4 and it didn't come with a backplate. I've contacted AsRock and it's been around 6 days now and I've not got a reply. I'm going to just buy one of eBay but would the sizes matter?

Yes. Whle overall dimensions are usually pretty consistent, the location of specific ports vary from board to board.
