Both are good, depends if you are OC'ing a lot and if you have the space for a 360.
Why would you buy a 1000W psu? That makes no sense on this build at all.
That's always a good question. My friend has a crap pc but he paid 1.4k for his 750w psu i got a better pc by far and i paid 600 bucks for a 600w 80+ bronze.A lot of people go for higher cause of upgrade path but if you don't run something like a 2990wx then that is over kill.

Price should not be a factor when buying a PSU for a system of this caliber.
@arhamsaif , Specs look good. I have a 9900k and it tends to run hot, so I would get a H150i from the choices you have given.

As for PSU:

Look for these if you can. Perhaps if you give us the site you are ordering from, we can give better choices.

Just before you decide on anything, there is a large conspiracy that water cooling is better than air cooling when most air cooling units in the same price range as water cooling units will outperform them. Unless you are doing it just for the looks, check out some CPU fans. It may be worth your time.

A 360mm AIO would be my choice. I have the Corsair H150i Pro and can only sing it's praises. It keeps my 8700K overclocked at 4.9GHz very cool and with the Mag Lev fans very quiet as well. 28c at idle and never tops 65 degrees....As to the conspiracy, I do not think so... of course a good air cooler like the mighty Noctua D15 can more than keep up with a AIO but there are other things to consider, and for me it was not having a chunk of metal with it's own gravity well hanging of your CPU and motherboard, it runs fairly quiet and looks good to boot though that is of course subjective.
