[SOLVED] Which ASRock drivers do I need to install ----- all of them ?

I have a ASRock H61M-VS running on Windows 10 64-bit and when i went over to the ASRock site i saw that there are these drivers:

I don't know what any of the drivers does so im a bit hesitant to install them. Should i install all of them or only a specific few?

None, eventually all drivers are up to date while windows update installed these already.
Other than that you could go to the manufacturer's homepages and install the latest drivers from there.
