Question Which budget EVGA is better? GD or GQ?

I needed a 650 watt yet modular option.. ive seen so many said the GD is better budget with its 80+gold and japanese cap.. but the GQ offers semi to full modular and idk which is better.. and idk about the G series..

Edit: there's too much of conflicting debate on the GQ series which makes me keep doubting about it.

(overall i needed what the GD has to offer but the option to have modular is there, can someone suggest me two ways from budget to quality?)
Ps. Im new to this EVGA being a better psu made thing.

Review on a GQ , they are made by FSP , quality is decent ^ not great

EVGA GQ is the only particularly good model listed.

Most of EVGAs bronze and below models are mediocre at best.

The GD has no reviews so I cant reccomend it. The GQ is pretty decent tho.

Go for the GQ over the GD which is their lowest tier of 80+ gold certified.

most of the models you listed dont offer the best performance per dollar , where are you located what is your budget? and yous system components ? that would help us offer you the best psu for your build

I live in Indonesia and the reason i needed 80 gold is to reduce cost while 650 watt for dual gpu (not the high end one cause that would need 700).. i once tried to get corsair and seasonic psu but i keep changing my mind because of the unreasonable debate/reviews while the evga has something more to offer.. correct me if im wrong.
I needed 100 dollar ish psu which was modular, 650 watt, and 80+gold

The GQ now got me interested..

not all models from evga are high quality , the GQ is an ok model but has alot of drawbacks that are not acceptable for its price range
for around 100$ you can get the Corsair RMx 650 or the Seasonic GX650 both are far superior in build quality , performance and protection features
