Hi all,
[strike]I'm making the extended sleeved cables for my PSU but I've run into a problem.
So, I bought the Engineer PA-09 crimper that I believe is quite popular among other. I found that I cannot crimp Molex mini-fit terminal with the size the crimper provides. I can crimp the wing that is securing the wire but not the one securing the insolation. I suppose I need a bigger jaw to crimp the latter wings? If so, is PA-20 the right crimper or there's anything else? and what can I crimp with PA-09 for PC components? Like for fans? SATA power? Anyway, did I buy the wrong crimper? I remember seeing people saying buying PA-09 to crimp...
[/strike]
I figured out I should rephrase the whole thing to make it easier to understand...
Which crimper do I need to crimp the Molex 39-00-0039 Mini-Fit Jr. Power terminal? I currently have Engineer PA-09 crimper but it seems that the terminal is bigger than the jaw.
Here is the photo of my horrible destroyed terminal.
