Which graphic card to buy?

Hey guys.
After having a lot of problems with my current graphic card, it got to the point where i can't even play TF2(which is a game with rather low system requirements) (I have always had the problem of: "display driver NVIDIA Windows Kernel mode driver...")
So... I decided to buy a new card,
I thought about Nvidia GeForce GTX 560 Ti
My budget is around 260$
My currently card is: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 465 (GIGABYTE)
My spec is:
System Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.
System Model: X58A-UD3R
BIOS: Award Modular BIOS v6.00PG
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 930 @ 2.80GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.8GHz
Memory: 6144MB RAM (OCZ high performance ddr3 memory, triple channel)

p.s.
If you think i need to change some thing else i would like to hear,
also I would like to make sure I won't have a bottleneck somewhere.
Of course if there is a better card on the same budget, I'd like to know

Well, for $260 you can get this GIGABYTE GV-R787OC-2GD Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card which is better than 560 Ti. Also, the power consumption for 7870 is lower than the 560 Ti.

Talk about power, what is your power supply make/model?

I would get this for that price. Pre OCed to 1.1 Ghz is the best out there.

Well thats a good PSU. 9.5 quality and 10 performance =9.75 out of 10 .

So pick that card cuz the psu will do good !
