Hello nostiyanda, the price of GPUs usually increases with performance, this is not always the case, but it is in most circumstances. Most GPUs of the same model will get very similar performance, but there are models that are overclocked or "superclocked," which have a slight increase in performance from stock models, you could try to find a video that compares different brands of the same card as a reference. For example, this card http://goo.gl/yqKnCD (Core Clock-1202 Mhz) is more expensive than this card http://goo.gl/cwgc9L (Core Clock- 1020 Mhz). The reason for this is that the core clock was increased, which in turn will increase the performance of the card a bit. The price does not change drastically, but there is an increase, in my opinion the price/performance of the PNY card is very nice, and I would recommend it over most other brands. Any way using 8+2 Gb ram will work only in single channel mode and will slow down CPU performance better sell it and buy 4GBx2 dual channel kit
And with better ram you can probably try some OC on BLCK to increase CPU performance.
