Question Which HDMI Splitter should I get?

At some point in time I have decided to try my hand at things such as animation. I bought a drawing tablet online before realizing that I only have one HDMI port on my computer; having to manually switch between my monitor and tablet is a real pain and time waster. What is the best HDMI splitter that I should buy? Is there a difference between them or can I buy any one?

Note that I may end up buying another monitor for a dual monitor setup.
