I have built a PC with Asus Prime Z370-P motherboard.
I am now running Win 11 on it.

In device manager the following needs drivers:
PCI Memory controller PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A2A1&SUBSYS_86941043&REV_00
SM Bus Controller PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A2A3&SUBSYS_86941043&REV_00

In windows update, there is some optional Intel System drivers to choose from.
And on Asus support site there is 3, but they are for Win 10:
Intel Chipset Driver Version 10.1.17809.8096 6.85 MB 2019/04/03
Management Engine Interface Version 1828.12.0.1152 84.78 MB 2019/04/04
MEI_Intel Version 11.7.0.1057 66.21 MB 2019/04/03

I was hoping to rely solely on drivers supplied from windows update, but seems not possible.
So what should I install (I don't use raid setup)?
I prefer drivers built for win 11, or if win 10 drivers then at least some that windows update can update if needed.

If I install from asus site, I am guessing I should only install one of the MEI drivers, but which one, and are they even needed?

Download the latest listed drivers under chipset section for your motherboard;
Chipset and MEI. Install it in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

Once you've installed the driver, run Windows update, then let it install drivers for your platform.
Which of the MEI? There is 2 as I mentioned, they use different versioning scheme too.
