So i decided to stick with AMD because i want to lower my budget but not sure what mobo to get. i also want to overclock my AMD FX-4170 easily cause im a noob. i herd asus overclocking is relativity easy so i added it to my compare list. Same goes for AsRock but i dont know if it is good a ocing. I never used Asus boards before so i don't know their build quality. I've been using gigabyte boards.
Below is the boards im looking to get. if you have other suggestions please let me know. i also looked at the Asus Corsair V Boards and they are great but too expensive.

what if i were to use only 1 or 2 cards would you also recommend the UD5? is it easy to overclock with it also?

The UD5 is a good board for one or multiple video cards and as far as overclocking I'm not as familiar with AMD as am with Intel, the Intel boards from Gigabyte are pretty good for overclocking. The Asus boards with Intel are very good for overclocking because for inexperienced people they have some preset overclocks programed into the bios so all you have to do is select the speed and save and exit and your at that speed. I don't know if they have that feaure for the AMD boards.
