A/N I am not really an enthusiast type but would like to see the best performance AND this is my first gaming build.I want to play battlefield and assasin creed 3 on ultra/high

Can I pick the i3 build and move over the i5-3570K and 8GB of RAM from the last one? That would be the best scenario. SO basically:
Cpu:I5-3570k
Mobo: Asrock z77 extreme 4m
Gpu MSI R7950 3GB DDR5 2PMD3GD5/OC(not the twinfrozer)
Ram: 8Gb Hperx ddr3

If that is not possible, I pick the i3 setup. I am assuming this is for gaming... If for something else we would need to know what.

OkayI edited the post and the i3 with msi r7950 will the both bottleneck?

It will depend on the game. Some games perform better on a quad core, and others the same whether it is dual or quad. Either case you will want the better video card because that is what gives you the graphical performance. I still say if possible do the below system, which is a combination of 2 of the above systems.

Cpu:I5-3570k
Mobo: Asrock z77 extreme 4m
Gpu MSI R7950 3GB DDR5 2PMD3GD5/OC(not the twinfrozer)
Ram: 8Gb Hperx ddr3
