"Better"?

You might mean more reliable.

Or you might mean "has the features I need".

Do you have overclocking intentions?

I'd start by going to Asus web site and doing a comparison of all named features....type and number of drive ports; type and number of USB ports; type and number of monitor connections; number of case fan headers; audio capabilities; VRM design; etc.

Emphasize whatever features are important to YOU....that you specifically require.

Reliability is difficult to assess. Try to keep your expectations low.
