Question which laptop is better for gaming?

Hi all, i have laptop (Msi raider, rtx 2080,i7 8750H,32gb ram,1TB ssd m.2 and i have in all games 60-70 fps max on low setting, and ultra same fps, maybe cpu bottleneck?
I need laptop for low details gaming and high fps 120+
Games like: Hunt showdown, cs2,f0rtn1te
i can sell my laptop and buy this
Alienware M15
32gb ram
RTX 3060
Ryzen 5800H
1TB SSD
is this laptop better for higher fps than laptop which i got now? Alienware have better cpu, maybe i can with this laptop reach better fps with low setting on games?

because i play competitive games and here need good refresh rate and good fps, here people dont care about graphic look, fps is inportant

The "new" laptop may not be able to achieve those rates either. The CPU comparison favors the "new" laptop, but the current laptop likely outperforms the "new" GPU.
