Question Which laptops have the 2080 Max-Q 90W variant?

I'm looking at buying a laptop do so some (very) heavy workloads while i'm commuting. I've picked out the specs and reconciled with the price. I'm looking for a 9880h or the 9980HK with a 2080. I've been looking around at laptops and i'm trying to stay away from the super bulky ones (MSI TITAN). I've found the GS 75-stealth 479 and that seems to be the only thing on the market. Does anyone know of any other laptops with these specs? Also, any opinions on the GS-75? I'm hearing mixed reviews and that's not good for something that costs 3.4K.

Except for the MSI, all the laptops featured in this article aren't bulky.
