Which MB with nForce3 250Gb to choose?

I try to decide to buy one of mobos (with socket 754 for AMD64) available here on our market.

I would like to ask existing users of them (if there are any 🙂)
for advice "why NOT to buy some of them" if they found some problem of particular one and so are not satisfied with it.

I dont personally own one of those, but I JUST put a system together for my roommate with a 64 3200+ and the ASUS K8N, and I must say I was very impressed with that board. It went together like a dream in less than an hour and booted up without ANY problems and it boots windows SO FAST it's retarded (and he isnt even running SATA raid either)It does have a weird boot up screen that says ASUS K8N-E Deluxe which slows down boot up ever so slightly, but nonetheless, AWESOME board. Most people here will tell you to get the MSI, but after setting up the ASUS, I am very impressed with it. I havent tried any Overlocking yet so I couldnt tell ya how good of an oc'er it is. Do you plan on doing any oc'ing?

I am using the K8N-E Deluxe board. You can turn the Asus boot screen off if you like. (I did) It OCs easily, mine calls 2.43 ghz home. I cant find any way of increasing the chip voltage, but doubt it would help much. Locking the mem bus at 200, is a nice option if your ram cant oc.
I actually was using an xp-m chip clocked to 2.4, on an NF7-S board, and was very pleased to get a boost in performance.
The big advantage to the Asus boards is the 3 year warranty.
