Question Which model laptop is better for graphic design and editing?

Hi all,
My budget is around 1000 Euro and I am looking for a laptop for doing editing and graphic design (Photoshop and Premiere).
I want the display to support 100% SRGB.
I think an RTX 3060 and an Intel Core i7 are good.
I don't know if I have to buy a gaming or a workstation model. My preferences are MSI and HP Omen.
Can I get a good Mackbook with this budget?
What are your suggestions? Which model or series is good for me?

QHD - UHD (if it does not fit into my budget I will have to choose a FHD)

Not mainly. But from time to time I'd like to try games such as FIFA, COD, and The last of us. And that would be great if I could use High settings.

Mainly photo and video editing (Adobe family applications)

512 GB to 1 TB SSD

I want 100%SRGB or a high Adobe RGB for the display. I am told to buy a workstation and not a gaming laptop as I will mainly use it for editing.
It should also have webcam, good speakers and back-lit keyboard.

I want RTX 3060 (or anything similar or better within my budget). The Acer model is okay but how about an MSI or HP Omen? I've seen the Omen devices, they are metal and the design was fantastic. My current device is an MSI and I've found that their durability is pretty long.

By the way, to do the editing which CPU should I buy? AMD or Intel?

Can you send me some more suggestions? (MSI or Omen) The thing is that when I search for them, I find a dozen of models with the same series, so I cannot find the perfect model and I get confused. Not to forget that, an Omen device I found supported 100%SRGB.
