Question Which monitor is better?

I don't know anything about contrast and colors, im planning to buy a 144hz monitor and im beetwen Viewsonic VX2458-MHD and Viewsonic XG2401

Both are 144hz 1ms, but what about the colors and contrast? Which is better?
