Question Which motherboard should I choose for this PC Build?

Hey guys I am building a gaming PC for my 14 years old cousin and I am wondering which motherboard should I use for this build (no overlocking) :

I want a good motherboard... so which motherboard you would pick if this was your PC build..? (around 100 - 250 usd if it's possible)
Also I would like a second motherboard if you can think of one... just in case the first isn't available in my country...

In my opinion you are putting money into all the wrong places with the build. I would do something like this.

Your CPU will be just as fast for gaming as the 8700 and you save money. The system drive only needs 240GB SATA SSD since it won't notice really any difference between it and a NVMe SSD. The games can be put on the really well priced NVMe SSD. The savings from CPU, Motherboard, and cooler are able to be used to upgrade the GPU.

Sorry but I am not interested in changing the pc parts you see on this list...the only part it may change is the ssd from 250gb to 500gb probably.. but like I said this pc is for my cousin.. so he and his dad chose these parts because they are available right now and all the shops that sell them are close to their house so they won't have to pay the shipping too... By the way they prefer Intel CPU.. so... how about a motherboard for i7-8700 pc build?

You don't need an $80 cpu cooler for a locked i7 8700 nor do you need 3000mhz memory because h series motherboards that are usually paired with locked processors only support up to 2666mhz:
