I was looking for deals on ddr2 1066 and all these are at very good prices.

so the question is...which do you think is the best? and if you are OCing, which would be recommended? or should i just got ddr2 for OCing on a 1066 ddr2 standard motherboard?

all are ddr2 1066 and are 2 x 1gb modules. whats the difference between the modules, especially the same brand ones?

All you Yanks and your cheap RAM.....argh.....Canadian dollar is very close to the Greenback yet we pay almost DOUBLE for the same products. Why can't the American e-tailers ship to Canada!!! :(

You can't expect to get things across the Canin Wall without it being taxed to equal prices. Do what I did and ask someone in the states to mail it to you and cover his costs by paypal.

Yeah....just outside Toronto. Normally I order stuff from Direct Canada out in B.C because then I just pay GST, no PST....and on orders more than $300 I get free Purolator shipping too. Works pretty good, but with the strong Canadian dollar right now, our prices are hugely out of whack.....very high. They should be about 30% lower, but no luck. :(

I probably shouldn't post this....

Just remember, you have that wonderful free healthcare, which we don't. You have it because you get taxed nearly to death, while our prices are lower due to the lack of duties. (Government theft I hear some people call it.) You get to pick which you'd rather have, health care or cheap ram.

Ok, flame on, I'm done.

Hey SkyGuy, you ever order from NCIX? The pricematching feature is the best thing thats ever happened since sliced bread. I usually end up pricematching DirectCanada lol. I think someone had mentioned that they are actually sister sites, although that could be bogus. Try searching your parts in pricecanada.com for better pricematches though. I'm in St. Catharines (near Niagara Falls) so shipping should be the same as us. usually about 12-13$ for normal shipping but air shipping is usually cheap for advertised stuff. 9-10 dollars next day. Also no PST like DC, its out in BC as well. I usually review the things I buy for points to put towards free shipping or 1 year membership for RMAs.

I know what you mean about the prices though.. although I've been seeing RAM prices drop considerably lately.

Wikco, yes I have used NCIX actually, and yes they are "sister" companies actually. Both are good and both are great deals, no question.

And on a side note, I'm originally from Welland :!: 8O

Considering that you have to wait 8 hours in an emergency room I,d say cheap RAM is a more attractive option.
