Attack of the 4 letter words...which one of these mobos is the best NForce2 board in your opinion and why?

Asus A7N8X most expensive, most features(?)
Abit NF7-S middle expensive, same features as ASUS?
EPox 8RDA+ least expensive, no SATA , other features?

Looking hard at the EPoX right now...reason I shouldn't or would be better with another board? Current setup:

ECS K7S5A
Tbred B 2100+
2x256 PC2100 Crucial DDR
Gainward GF4 4200
WD 80 GB 8MB cache HDD

http://www17.tomshardware.com/mainboard/20030214/index.html

take a look at that. it should give u enough information on wich is the fastest. why did u leave the msi out?in my opinion the msi and the asus r the best at the moment. u should also ask yourself what features u need or want.if u want all the extras and goodies go for the asus deluxe if u just want the plain mobo with no extras go for msi. i just orderd the asus (non deluxe) and i wish i would have taken the msi K7N2-L. first its cheaper.second its the fastest amd mobo out there.why i toolk the asus?...well i heard good things about it..and its also been on the market the longest so i would say u would get a better idea of the reliability. also...its an asus!! :p ... but lately u hear people bitchin about it allot..so now i'm hoping i still made the right choice and hope that i dont have any problems. hope this helps u out

I was leaning most away from ASUS due to price...the other boards were more in my camp, but if the logic is right...

Hadn't considered the MSI. I'll look into it though.

Go for the MSI board. Stay away from the A7N8X, apparently unless you are lucky enough to have the hardware the board likes (only the latest, and only Win XP) that board will never work.

If you're looking for a full featured nForce2 board, then buy MSI K7N2G-ILSR

A friend of mine is running an A7N8X Deluxe with older hardware..
Tbird 1.2ghz
Powercolor GTS Pro
512mb DDR266
40gb Maxtor with win98se

He hasn't had one hardware problem yet. Been running for about 2 months now.
