Which one is cooler: HIS 6950 IceQ X Turbo OR XFX 6950 830MHz 2 fans

Can any one help me to choose between the following two cards based on cooling factor ONLY.

Kindly stick to above two mentioned cards.

The HIS card would more than likely run cooler as HIS is generally a more reputable video card manufacturer than XFX.
