Which one of the three heatsinks should I get?

Alright, so it's Cyber Day and I found a couple sweet deals, but my only problem is that I don't know which one of these three following coolers I should get. All of them all have really good reviews. All the specs seem to be on the same level...Or maybe I just overlooked some stuff, but please, give me your opinions! Thanks.

First ones sold out. Of the later two either would be more than suffiecient for any processor on the market these days.

So, what it comes down to is looks and what you want it to do. Are you an overclocker? Do you want silence?

Sold out? Ah, snap. Anyways, I'm planning to overclock my AMD Phenom II x4 970. It's at the default 3.5ghz atm.

The Noctua is a good deal and alot better then the others listed.
Couple of good units.The V8 is mediocre.
