Which one should I get?

I can't decide what is better for the price. There's this

The 280 is cheaper and slightly faster. Will use more power however. If Witcher 3 is something you care about I'd get the 960. Otherwise the 280 will game a bit better.

I'm leaning toward 960 cuz of lower power consumption. Both GPUs game about the same. Personally, as a AMD gpu owner, I prefer Nvidia GPUs. How about this one:

Well I would go for the 280, looking at games in the last year you are going to want the extra gb of vram. You will not even notice the extra power comsumption unless you hydro is outrageous. I just don't see how people think 2gb vram is good, I don't recommend the 285 for the same reason.
