Which one to buy with 805 D

I have 805 D and want to buy MOBO that I can overclock the 805 later, so which one from the following that I should buy.

1- Intel 945 PLRNL
2- ECS 945P-A
3- MSI 945PL NEO-F
4- GigaByte 8I945GZ
3- MSI 945GM2-S Intel

Of that list, probably the Neo-F. The boards with integrated video aren't usually set up with good overclocking features and the Intel board won't let you overclock at all.
